UK Stag or Roe deer hunt

I have been finding myself in the UK more recently and was interested in doing some hunting. Can anyone recommend a good stag or roe hunting operation in the UK, preferably in Scotland?

I was looking on line at some hunting in Ireland, Thye have a discounted cull hunt coming up in November - Janaury, I believe.

I'm planning to go next year, thus I'll be follwoing this post,
