Here is another great bow shot on an eland by Ms. Lisa from her recent safari. As you can see, she places the arrow low in the crease of the shoulder which is near perfect placement for a slightly quartering away animal with an open stance where the front leg is forward.
Our favorite part of the video is her reaction after the shot. You can see the adrenalin release as Ms. Lisa keeps an anxious watch on the eland after the shot and then the excitement and satisfaction of watching the animal fall within sight of the hide.
