I have to say if you gonna hunt a buff and whatever else on your safari you ptobably in for min $10k prob a lot more if you doing buff Buy a couple boxes of quality ammo May cost you another $2-300 This is money well spent Use the old ammo u have for practicing

No sir They whistle through a buff, they dont even no they have been hit And you may hit another in the background Solids are for ellies….and PH back up shots Maybe long ago when softs were too soft but with the bullets we have today def no need for a solid on buff Based on my experience
