What problems have you encountered with your Blaser R8?

My two are too reliable, too easy to use, require no fiddling. So they’ve eliminated my need for more rifles. Its their biggest fault.

    Wanted Double Rifle

I have two Blaser BBF97 Luxus. Not many in the US but when they come up and the price is right, I'll pick them up. Easiest handling and shoot rifles I own. Same Blaser return to zero scope mount. Blaser R8 multi-barrel cases

I like my Negrini cases for range work but they shouldn't get anywhere near an airplane unless you’re chartering. Pelican or aluminum are much better choices. Aluminum cases IMO are best but scarce these days. Pelican with custom foam is the current king of the hill.

    Talk me into Blaser R8

For what it's worth, I tend to carry a spare trigger group/loaded magazine for an instant top off. There are threads here of people with belt pouch kit to hold said spare trigger group. If I go down two rounds of 375 and conditions permit, the spare group goes in and retain the other for backup.
