There was a review of the Alien in a recent American Handgunner; earned quite a wrpap' I noticed one for sale by an importer here (Down Under), asking around $7,000.00!!

Laugo Arms Alien. Available with and without MRD. Selling for just under $6K USD.

Not my cup of tea, but I can appreciate the design. Side note...Laugo is the same company that spawned the CZ Scorpion that CZ ended up buying from them. The first run from CZ had Laugo's name on them as well.

Infinity 2011s are about the same price and I think Atlas is about the same as well.

Here is a pic of one of mine. 5.4" barrel 1.25lbs trigger pull.

That about as good as it gets in the 2011 world. You definitely have good taste in firearms!

At first I thought it was a shadow.

The Alien is offered with different packages. The price might, or might not, include iron sights, different rail with red dot, grip options, holster etc. Check what is coming with the pistol.

In any case it ain't cheap.

I've fired a few rounds through one. Nice trigger. With the very low barrel line, the light 9mm recoil felt ... fast to the hand but the pistol didn't jump much. I'm not used to fiber optic front sights, so the "dot" on the sight was a little distracting. The owner said that the system steals some bullet velocity. If that matters, better chrono your ammunition through it. My opinion: great 9mm pistol if you can afford it. It is not magic that makes you a great shooter: you still have to get used to it, to get the best out of it.

Yeah, it’s blowback operated so it zaps a little speed from the bullet.

I realize how hard the bug has bit. I’m on the cusp of safari #2 and I’m looking to plan #3 with my 11 year old a year from now while looking at my work schedule for overtime and computing the math of how many shifts are needed….

I'd like to get some too.

My wife (a biologist, like me) had to have a melanoma removed from her arm last fall.

Hallo Marius- do you have possibilities for stags in September during the roar? Where are your hunting areas in Romania?
