    RUSSIA: Kamchatka Brown Bear

I had spoke to Hunting Consortium at SCI a few weeks prior to start of the war, but was wanting to go to Kamchatka for a moose hunt. Never committed, would love to see this portion of the world. Things would have to normalize a lot more before I made the trip. Thanks for the report. Great bears...

Original .460 Smith and Wesson Reloading Data

I had MGM cut a 20” .460 barrel for an Encore. I assume it was shooting 300 grain A frames at about 2200 FPS out of 6lb rifle. It was the most god awful violent recoiling rifle ever. Made 3” rifled 12 gauge slugs enjoyable.

Bush pilot for up around brooks range

I saw RAM aviation flying DIY caribou hunters out of Kotzebue. Depending on the time of the year Brad from Alaska WildernessCharters and Guiding flies hunters out of Kotzebue too but he may be limited to just his hunters

    Barnes TSX or not

I shot a griz with a ttsx from over 200 yards out of a 300 RUM. Blew thru both shoulders and broke a rock on the river bank. Tried to follow up but second round dented primer and never fired. Bear did die within 20 yards but I’ve not shot them since. I agree with altitude sickness, hit him in...

    FNG from Ohio

Oil and gas and some contracting. I know, the name is super creative! FNG was shorter and more recognized than some of the other industry buzzwords for new folks

    Hippo Broadhead?

I’ve used Iron Will’s a lot. I plan to use them on my buff hunt this year. Like mentioned above I’d shoot 250 grain single bevels with no bleeder. What arrow are you going to shoot? Been lurking for a couple of years. This is my first reply. Figured I needed to contribute, not much happens if...
