Hey guys
Trying to find out if the Bruno 602 action will fit into a bell and Carlson stock like the CZ 550.
Or maybe someone has had experience fitting them
Thanks
Mike
I think I’m going to get a good set of sticks from African Sporting creations, they make a really steady set of sticks that can be used for sighting in
If you strap the rifle down on it pinching the barrel against the wood I could clearly see the point of impact changing, but I don’t do that, it just sits in the front holder.
Yes I heard that as well,
I put a bag of lead shot on mine when im shooting the 375 H&H and it move the sled back a few inches,
I do have a synthetic stock with that rifle, but my 404 Jeffrey has a wood stock so I’ll need to becarful not to over load the sled when im shooting it,
Might not...
I want to use heavier bullets in mine,
400gn - 430gn North Fork or Barnes, I do have some older 347gn woodleigh that I got with some brass but the heavy 450gn woodleigh are not available here in the US
I try to buy what I can as far as brass goes, if it’s to difficult to find I will invest in a bunch of loaded Hornady factory loaded rounds and shoot them and load them as needed, I understand that Hornady is good stuff as well
Thanks so much, I feel the only good way is to have a new stock built and yes that would be expensive,
My 375 shoots the factory barns 300 tsx easily into less than an inch and I’m thinking I made the right choice buying it, just wanted more rounds in the mag.
So maybe one day I might justify...
