The Mathematics dont tell anything about the use ability of the weapon. 375Ruger and 416Ruger are made for 20" barrels, and have the same performance as the others with 24" barrel. But until the cartridges is in the shop the old 416Rem and 375HH is the king.

As i understand, The triggertech use the "lever" holding the remington 700 firing pin back, and lock it in its position = just as safe as win M70 + locks the triggertech internals also in place = a upgrade to standard remington 700 triggers equal to M70 safety but better to switch safety off.

Is it OK to load the Mauser M98 with the +1 cartridge like: A. press the +1 cartridge down on top of the other cartridges so all is somewhat pressed down in the magazine. Hold the cartridges like that when pushing the bolt forward so the +1 is pushed forward, load in the chamber with the rim...

It is important to have a look for powder before you mount the bullet. If you use a 1 station press = no problem. But if you use a turret press you must sitt above to have a look. I solve it with a bar stool and a ledlamp.

If you look at page 2 at Blaser R8 calibers, you are invited to spesify your own barrel. Gun smiths in norway can make barrels for R8.

Mauser M98 in 375HH. Mauser because of steel protection, no need to wrap the barrel, 5 rounds in the magazine. 375HH it's a perfect companion for a future double rifle in 450/400 3". But a Blaser R8 with a lot of barrels is the perfect rifle, same steel protection as the Mauser, easy to travel...

I haven't sene that Blaser R8 Caliber Overview has 2 sides. The second side have the Custom tec Caliber overview, and this show that pretty much all caliber can be delivered in safari size.

I like my Razorback. I bought them a year ago, use them as woork boots. They need 2-3 layers of leather balm to be somewhat water resistant. I have Lug sole = it collect dirt, my next boot would have wedge sole.

375 Ruger do everything 375HH does, but with a 4" (10cm) shorter barrel. Ammunition or reloading component is hard to come by even in Europe. 375HH is all over, also in rural shops.

Mauser M98 in 375HH have 5 round mag capacity, Heym have 4 rounds.

According to Blaser R8 caliber chart, if you choose a Safari rifle, you cant choose 30-06 or 300WSM. But is it realy true?

Why 3, most country's only allows 2 weapons/calibers for visitors. 2 gun wardrobe 300wsm if you bring own ammo. 30-06 would be a good alternative. 416Ruger if you bring your own ammo. 416rigby or rem. 3 gun warderobe 30-06 375HH 470Nitro double rifle.

Nr 2 is the same basic brass, it can use the same reloading dies as 416 Rigby. But have you ever found dies, brass and reloading data?

The Heym Express in 375HH holds 4 cartriges in the mag, but Mauser M98 magnum holds 5 cartriges. Is it because Heym's mag box is made to fit 375HH (and thereby hinder the bullets to be pushed inside the case during recoil).
