Yes, I've taken a couple with the 300 grain partition. All fell like hit by lightning. Couple years ago when the local gander mountain store closed i picked up a few boxes of round nose 270 gr and have used them extensively on black bear and deer,,,,,and coyotes, ground hog, hogs etc etc...
