SR vet, as far as my knowledge stretches, Elephant. Black Rhino and Leopard quotas/tags for international hunters have not been released. It seems it may happen one of these days, but as of no there is nothing. Local residents may hunt Elephant though . Maybe someone else on the forum can...

If If it is considered unethical Hunting ( Habituated ) Elephants that come from adjacent parks, how would we handle Hunts occurring in the Timbavait, Klaserie, Umbabaat, Balule, areas in South Africa? Hunts is Botswana adjacent to Chobe national park or Okavango. Hunts in Zimbabwe, Gwaai...

On this hunt the hunter was only seeking a black necked bull. So that all we took, saw Roan, hartebeest, buffalo, Kob, reedbuck and waterbuck

The Block between Meru and Kilimanjaro is certainly an option, but for this Hunt in question I would suggest Lake Natron for its Photo-tour / Historic possibilities on-top of the hunting. Here are a few Photos of what you can see while hunting.

You guys are correct, getting an Eland is virtually guaranteed, there are really a lot of them. Time is running out though, lots to arrange still if someone takes it up. Below is a Bull from 2023, we took on the first day out.
