    Firearm import fees

I’ve had a bird gun built in Spain and it’s ready. The importer’s website declares a $1K gun cost $1800 to import currently? The gun maker suggested about $1K in import fees back in September. This is about a $15K shotgun. How much can I expect to pay? Anyone have an opinion? Thx Hutch

NAMIBIA: KHOMAS HIGHLAND HUNTING SAFARIS Leopard Hunt

I’m at the FRA airport about to board Lufthansa return to DFW and thought I’d post some about this hunt. We began refreshing some of the baits near the main camp 8/28 and worked on that for several days. Chasing warthog and mountain zebra. After checking baits and cameras we realized the cat in...

NAMIBIA: Leopard Hunt With KHOMAS HIGHLAND HUNTING SAFARIS

March 13, 2020 I left for WDH and made it to FRA and was sent back home. The virus was beginning to rear its head. So tomorrow I’ll be making another run at it. Same airlines, same flight route. DFW-FRA-WDH, Lufthansa. I don’t remember how Phillip’s internet service was in Highlands, but I’ll...

    MOZAMBIQUE: Buffalo Hunt October 2014

My apologies for not posting this hunt report sooner. But it's Easter Sunday and I have some time. After my first PG safari in East Cape, May 2013, my hunt buddies started planning a Moz buffalo hunt for the next year. The appeal of this hunt was 'free range' and it was in every sense of the...

Hunting in England and traveling with firearms through London

I'm curious as to why it's so difficult to try and fly with firearms through London. It's seems that a region so rich in hunting culture would be more welcoming of hunters?

USA: Utah Lion Hunt Sept 14-19

My brother booked an elk hunt with Horox LTD in Vernal, UT and I was going to go along to observe as I had hunted NZ red stag in March and had collected two nice stag. New Member Intro

I'm Greg Hutcherson from North Texas. I hunted Rhinoster with Lammie Ferrier through Cape Valley Safaris, Kleinhans Bros., May 2013. Kudu was our quarry that day and MAN! does Warren have the kudu. We passed on five bulls, and at sundown we spotted a magnificent specimen coming off the mountain...
