No, I only shoot my reloads. I've shot hundreds of rounds through my 7mm RM, .300 Wby and .375 RUM, used them on 13 international or Alaskan hunts, and have never shot a factory round through those rifles.

I agree. I'vew never entered anything in the SCI Awards program, but I use their Awards Issue to see what the "less common" animals are available, have planned some of my hunts to specifically hunt some of those animals, resulting in hunts in multiple areas and countries.

I've only killed 2 of the African Big 5, both were one shot kills... My Cape buffalo with a 300 gr Barnes TSX bullet from my .375 RUM, and my Leopard with a 168 gr Barnes TTSX bllet from my .300 Wby. If I were to hunt any of the other Big 5 animals I would use my .375 RUM.
