Jim Brockman made me a matched set, a .375 H&H and a .404 Jeff, from a pair of pre-‘64 actions. The .404 was trouble free with a variety of ammo, so I know it can be done.

That’s a great scope; had one for many years. For a 300WM 180 gr TTSX @ 2950 and zeroed at 200, the aiming points line up perfectly for 300, 400 & 500 yards.

To be clear, this is a FireDot #4 reticle as shown on the box, not the LR?
