Common warthog Ph. africanus

Adult male common warthog Ph. africanus on the plains of the Laikipia Plateau, central Kenya. Note the pointed ears, the cone-shaped warts, the ‘diabolo-shaped’head, and the lack of swelling of the suborbital area.
