Burchell's Zebra
Tracked the herd this old timer was in for four hours. Just when I was set for a shot, they would break camp and trot away. These guys are slick! He finally had trouble keeping up with the youngsters and when he stopped to take a breather I sent a 130 grain Berger hunting VLD on its way. Distance was 264 meters. He walked in a circle of about 10 m and dropped dead as a stone. Upon further inspection, it was discovered his upper teeth had been worn down to the gums and he had a zebra bite outline in his left ear.
