I had a rebore done in the last year by JES reboring and was absolutely happy with the experience. I went from 270 to 9.3x62 and had him chop the barrel as well, at no additional cost. I unfortunately have not shot it yet, but bet it shoots as good as I do.

That is a high price for that rifle, you can look around and beat that price by a good bit. Also look out for Interarms Mark X, basically same rifle with typically better wood.

An absolute stud of a kudu, the kudu there are simply amazing.

I bought a Marlin 336 in in 35 Remington a couple of years ago and haven’t had an opportunity to use it yet. My plans are to kill a bear with it in the next few years. In all of my research it appears to punch above its weight class. I would also like to someday take it to Africa.
