I don't have the space to full mount anything near the size of a Kudu. But I am looking forward to getting a full mount done on my Honey Badger if I get one in June.

This is a topic where everybody seems to have a different opinion. As far as I am concerned, I prefer the Courteney Safari Boots.

No. I don't work for the government. Private contractor that won a government contract. They (CACI) pay for my flight.

As a general rule I am against the naming of wild animals. That's what antis do when an animal is killed that they get butt sore about (See Cecil the Lion). Does that make me a fuddy duddy?

Not true with me. The company pays for the flights and the airline points belong to me. That seems to be the normal these days.

I have. It is my experience that taxidermists, generally, exaggerate the shortness of the time it will take to get your trophys back. My "you will have it in 10 months" bear, took over 2 years. I like to get real world information.

You don't HAVE to pay the broker fee. It depends on where your trophies come in as to how necessary it is. Baltimore is very easy and can be cleared in person, filling out the forms, with no broker needed.

No. To be honest. I am a retired Immigration and Customs Special Agent. I know everybody at the Baltimore port. I’m planning on showing up when they do. Seeing old friends, shaking hands, and walking my stuff through.

You are right. Time is a factor. RSA told me 6-8 months. My USA based taxidermist told me 14 months. But... I also don't want to sacrifice time for quality of work.

Perhaps my Courteney Safari's are great because I put my orthodics in them. Support galore. Boots that are too restrictive to start with wont allow my orthodic to fit inside.
