    Solid bullets for Buffalo? Yes or No?

    Barnes work well on buffalo, make your 1st shot count, if you do get charged your ph will have solids and barnes still penetrate fine with the petals opening up if your brain shot is marginal with the shank acting like a solid.....

    Depends on what area you are going to in Limpopo, some areas might be close enough to malaria area to warrant taking the meds as a precautionary measure if you say what area or who the outfitter is we can help/ suggest if its needed.

    Reloading for Dangerous Game

    I use reloads for backing up on DG, cycle every reload a couple of times and shoot allot on the range. This gives you practice, familiarity with your rifle and peace of mind with your reloads...

    Another thing to watch for with gaitors is chafing if it has a velcro or zip, i use the Courtney or Rogue slip on leather or suede. personal choice.

    Another thought is to use a big enough calibre that you are comfortable shooting in order to place your 1st shot accurately, the 1st shot is important..

    Hi harpuaphish, thats a difficult one, it is better to meet your PH and Outfitter in person to see if you going to get on, but saying that most hunters get along just fine.... good luck and enjoy
