Very late 90’s to early 2000 - they had a few runs with the G serial before they changed it.

    POLL: Best Model 70

By far my favourite rifle made, I have some some every era and I must say all my new ones are second to none for fit and finish. I’m saying that my mid 70’s push feed .222 is the more accurate rifle I own by a country mile.

Halloween rifle survey! (What would you choose to finally save Haddonfield from Michael Myers?!)

Probably my Winchester 30-30 trapper....... Because I live in Australia, Even against a pure evil psychopathic killer, our government still would still have all the good guns banned.

Melbourne, VIC to Johannesburg with Firearm on Qantas

Qantas does , I’m all booked and paid. I only did it because it was actually cheaper and long haul leg is a fair bit shorter in time, also the airport is much smaller then Sydney from memory, although it’s been about 11 years.

Melbourne, VIC to Johannesburg with Firearm on Qantas

This so all good information , I’ll be heading over in end of March 2023 Melbourne-Perth then Perth-Joberg. So I need to see ABF in Melbourne not Perth?

    The next best calibre?

Hi All, Currently in my safe I have .222, .243, .270 and 30-30. Here in Australia I do all my deer hunting with the .270 and finding it does the job but…. Not including big bore for dangerous game, what would be the next best calibre to get to “fill the gap” if I say wanted to shoot heavier...

Best airline to take hunting rifle from Melbourne, Vic, Australia to Johannesburg SA

Hey Mate, I've just booked the hunt and the flights my self, this is also my first time so I'm just relying on research and talking to others. I've learnt a few good tips and trick along the way. Flying from Australia with Qantas seems pretty straight forward taking firearms and ammunition...

    Is a Rigby worth it?

I have just sold some property for a very healthy price so I have come into some money, I’ve already floated the idea with the boss (wife). Here in Australia there are a few for sale…. So it would be 30-06, 375h&h or 9.3 I am booked for a hunt in 2023 with KMG so it will be coming on that! This...

    Would you like a Cigar?

Romeo y Julieta, Joya Black, H. Upmann - Nothing like a good scotch and a cigar at the end of the week to relax. Only thing is like most things here is Australia they can be expensive so I order from the US of A unless I want Cuban.
